- All service requests made through this website, by phone, or in person are subject to confirmation.
- Appointments are scheduled based on availability. While we strive to be punctual, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid potential cancellation fees.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Estimates provided online, over the phone, or in person are subject to change after on-site inspection.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are agreed upon in writing.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and approved financing options.
4. Warranties & Guarantees
- Equipment and parts are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.
- Labor warranties vary by service and will be stated in your service agreement.
- Fintastic Cooling & Heating is not liable for damages caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fintastic Cooling & Heating will not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
